Barcelona is the capital of Catalonia and one of the most sought-after cities in Europe in which to live and invest: sea, culture, universities, businesses and some of the best public transport in the country.

It is also one of the most expensive and fastest-moving markets in Spain, with big differences between districts. At 11ars we have sold homes in Barcelona, and here we share what you need to know before buying.
