This website presents the property brokerage services of 11ars Real Estate (sale and rental of homes in the Maresme, Barcelona and the Costa Dorada) and allows interested persons to browse properties and contact us.

The details of each property (price, floor area, layout, features, floor plans, photographs, videos and visualisations) are indicative only and are not contractually binding. They may change without prior notice and do not constitute a binding offer. Digitally generated or retouched images (for example, virtual furnishing or renders) are identified as such where appropriate.

The definitive details of each transaction are those set out in the documentation signed by the parties. Before you buy or rent, we will provide you with the information required by consumer and housing legislation (including Decree 12/2010 of the Generalitat on real estate agents and Law 18/2007 on the right to housing).
