Buying a flat in Salou
Salou is one of the best-known destinations on the Costa Dorada: fine-sand town beaches, the coves of Cap de Salou, the Passeig Jaume I and PortAventura on the outskirts. Yet it is also a town that stays lively all year round, with schools, secondary schools and services.
That is why the Salou market brings together two kinds of buyer: those buying to live here all year round, and those looking for a second home or an investment by the sea, from both Spain and abroad. At 11ars we work on the Costa Dorada every day, and here we tell you what you need to know before you buy.
