Background

Before moving into property, Francisco worked in the textile industry, in a range of departments, mainly in sales and international purchasing, and set up a technology company.

In 2020 he entered the property sector, and in 2022 he founded 11ars Real Estate in Argentona, the town where he lives, with a clear idea: specialisation, a personal service and applying technology and marketing to every home. That same year he registered as a Licensed Real Estate Agent (API).

“A property adviser first by chance, and within days, by vocation. Behind every transaction there is always a person, a family we can help.”

How he works

He values each home using real sales data from the Land Registry, not the estimates of property portals.
He follows an 11-step method, from the first coffee to the notary and aftercare.
Every home gets its own shoot from 11ARS STUDIO, the 11ars marketing studio run by Iván Gomariz: photography, video, drone, night photography and 3D virtual tours.
He supports buyers and sellers throughout the whole process: reservation, deposit contract, financing and signing.

The podcast

Since January 2024 he has presented, with Iván Gomariz, the 11ars podcast on housing in Spain, on YouTube: prices, mortgages, rental laws and what they see every day with buyers, sellers and tenants. Every episode has a summary and transcript on this website.
